Coming from the N1/N2 (Paarl/Airport):

With the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) on your left hand side, turn right at the Waterfront traffic lights onto Dock Road. Continue straight at the traffic lights (Caltex garage on your right), keep left onto South Arm Road towards the Silo District and Silo Hotel. Keep left at the fork (the dry ship dock will be on your left and the Radisson Red Hotel should be on your right) and you will see the underground parking ramps.

Take the right lane into the P2 parking level. As you get to the bottom of the ramp take the right hand booms into the P2 parking and follow the signs to Silo 5/ Virgin Active/ PWC.  There is a lift from the parking directly into the Silo 5 building. Try park near here and go up the lift to the ground floor. As you exit the lift turn right. Turn right down the passage (the gym should be behind you now) and exit the building. Glasshouse is directly on you right, as you exit.

USEFUL TIP: If the P2 parking level is full go to P3, there is loads of parking there. The Silo 6 lift takes you up right into the Radisson Red and we are directly opposite, as you exit the lift.

Coming from Sea Point:

Go straight along Main Road going towards the city center. After the Greenpoint Stadium on your left hand side, the road changes into Somerset Road. Keep going until you get to the next set of traffic lights, turn left into Ebenezer Road and then carry on under the bridge to the traffic circle. Take the 2nd exit onto Dock Road with the Marina on your left.

Coming by Uber/Taxi:

Same direction as above, but get the taxi to drop you by the Silo Hotel / Silo District Drop Off area. You will see the Radisson Red Hotel in front of you with the PWC building to the left of that. Walk down the open public walkway between the two buildings and Glasshouse is the 4th shop down on the left hand side.
